Chico's Customer Book Application

Through DISCO, Chico's Customer Book for iPad provides targeted, up-to-date information about customers to help associates boost sales. Employees can look up customers, review their purchasing habits and preferences, check their clothing and shoe size, or attach important notes to their profiles. Chico's Customer Book stores all of these details as objects in DISCO. And since DISCO can integrate with CRM, Chico's is able to synchronize with the Customer Book data from their enterprise system. To update or access information stored on the server, the mobile application communicates with the REST API over HTTPS to call or pass data to services.

Style Edit Magazine

Boston Proper's StyleEdit Magazine relies on DISCO to present an interactive experience for readers. Visitors can click on items they're interested in to check price or availability, or choose from different colors, styles, or sizes. This information is retrieved from DISCO and displayed on the site. When a customer adds a product to her cart, a new shopping list is created via DISCO. If she chooses to continue shopping, DISCO will retain the items in her cart until she's ready to check out. When the order is submitted for processing, the API will automatically update Boston Proper's inventory accordingly.
